Arkansas River are perfect for those looking for a more advanced white water rafting
trip. Easily accessible from popular vacation destinations such as Colorado Springs,
Denver and Breckenridge, each section offers it's own unique scenery as you work
to negotiate the white water ahead of you. These trips can also be combined with
an overnight river trip, rock
climbing, wilderness backpacking or camping.

This trip offers 17 miles of white water rafting in the shadows of the 1000-foot canyon walls of the Royal Gorge, located within an hour of Colorado Springs. A physically demanding trip, the Royal Gorge requires guide and crew working together to navigate rapids such as Three Rocks, Spikebuck, Sunshine Falls, Sledgehammer, Wallslammer, and more. Lunch on the river is included. Check-in time will vary depending on where your group is coming from. Typically we meet groups coming from Colorado Springs and Denver at Pinnacle Rock, the put-in location near Canon City. Please call for details.
*There is an Arkansas Headwaters user fee of 5.25 % or $3.00
(whichever is greater) added to the price of all Arkansas River trips. There will
be a 1.5% land and water access added to all activities.

Found in the upper reaches of the Arkansas Headwaters Recreation Area, this highly technical section of white water is for those with excellent physical stamina and a desire for relentless Class IV water. Because this section is steep, narrow, and rocky, decisive maneuvering and concentration is required. A delicious homemade lunch is included. This full day trip includes the Narrows section and ends at the Noah's Ark property for a total of 24 miles. Check-in time is 8:00 am.

Located to the north of Browns Canyon, this technically challenging trip offers
spectacular views, a delicious homemade lunch and exciting rapids such as Number
7, Frog Rock, House Rock, Beaver Falls and the BV Boat Chute. After covering 17
miles on the river, your adventure will conveniently end at the Noah's Ark property.
Check-in time is 8:00 am.
