Winding through the scenic Colorado Western Slope, the lower section of this beautiful waterway provides the perfect class I and II stretch of white water surrounded by an unforgettable western river canyon.

The Noah's Ark canoeing program has been developed to give both families and groups a more interactive adventure where you can learn to guide your own canoe and experience the best in riverside camping. While reclining on the stern of your canoe, you may notice peregrine falcons, blue herons or bald eagles drifting high in the warm summer breeze. The familiar and soothing sound of rushing water will relax you as you steer your canoe past rocks and navigate the bends of the river.
