Reservation Contract & Policies
|2023 Canoe Contract||Your deposit and contract are due within two weeks of reserving. By submitting your deposit, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the contract. Please read thoroughly for group size requirements, deposit information, cancellation policies and more. Review, print, sign and return your contract and deposit to Noah’s Ark. Keep a copy for your records.|

|Two Weeks Before Your Trip, we will try to reach out by phone. If you have not heard from us, please call to confirm final number with Noah’s. Go over any questions (how are your trail groups split? number in each trail group? co-ed? all girls/all guys? arrival time? do you need activity shuttles? sleeping bag rentals? have all your participants completed their release forms? any dietary issues? any trip content questions?) We welcome your questions and want you to be well informed. Final Payment is due by this time, by check. Any drops in number within two weeks of your trip are full price.|
|2 weeks before arrival||CORSAR Card Fact Sheet||Included for all Backpack Trips. Read this Fact Sheet to find out more about how the Colorado Outdoor Recreation Search and Rescue Fund helps cover certain governmental expenses associated with search and rescue. Cards are valid for one year. We will submit your info for you. Let us know if you want copies of your cards.|

You will get an email regarding how to easily complete release forms online. Forward to all your participants so they can fill out Online Release Forms. Parents can complete the forms online with their minor. If you need PDF copies, please contact us.

Know Before You Go
- Call two weeks prior to your trip to confirm final details
- Notify us of any changes to trip numbers
- Check water levels prior to your trip
- Verify release forms are complete, with parent signatures
- Complete trip roster, bring with you upon arrival.
Gratuity is not included in the trip price. Tipping is considered industry standard, especially in the appreciation of exceptional customer service. $5-$7.00 per guest is typical for a half-day trip; 10-20% is recommended for all-day or multi-day trips. Tips are always greatly appreciated but never expected.
