Timberline Student Ministries at Noah’s Ark

Timberline Student Ministries recently returned to Noah’s Ark Whitewater Rafting in Buena Vista, Colorado, for another unforgettable trip, and for many in the group, it wasn’t their first time. Over the course of four days, students partook in some of the best outdoor adventures Colorado has to offer, building friendships and deepening their faith along the way.

The high ropes course stood out as a favorite, with the leap of faith providing both a challenge and a moment of excitement shared among friends. The giant swing never fails to deliver a thrill and lots of laughter. These moments of fun are exactly what make the adventure park so memorable.

Whitewater rafting on the Arkansas River added another highlight to the experience. With stunning views and just the right amount of adrenaline, rafting with Noah’s Ark continues to be a favorite part of the trip. One group couldn’t stop talking about their guide, Eleanor, who brought both skill and energy to the day on the water.

Beyond the activities, what stands out most about Noah’s Ark is the atmosphere. Students consistently describe it as a place where the distractions and pressures of everyday life fade away. With no social drama or outside stress, it becomes easy to simply enjoy time with friends in a meaningful way.

Many who visit describe Noah’s as a place where they feel closest to God. The combination of natural beauty, community, and intentional experiences creates space for reflection, connection, and spiritual growth.

Noah’s Ark isn’t just an adventure destination, it’s a space where student groups can reconnect, recharge, and return home changed. For ministries planning a youth trip that blends outdoor challenge with authentic community and faith, Noah’s Ark in Buena Vista, Colorado, continues to be a top choice.
