Welcome, Sky Ranch Horn Creek SIGMA JUNIORS!
We are very excited to have you adventuring with us this summer with your Sigma Juniors trip! For your convenience, you may complete your release forms online. Please find your Sigma Juniors Rock Climbing date in the list below. If you have several family members coming, each member must fill out a form on the appropriate date for their trip.
Some important instructions…
1. Click on the link below for the program and date you are rock climbing.
2. If you are under 18, complete the form together with one parent or LEGAL guardian.
3. For more than one minor attending the same camp, you will have the option to add another minor when you complete the form. Click “YES” at that screen. (If you miss this part for some reason, don’t panic. Just come back to the original link on this page.)
4. Make sure you include your correct email address so you’ll receive a PDF copy of your completed waiver.
