1. Click on the link (below) for the program and date you are rafting.
2. If you are under 18, complete the form together with one parent or LEGAL guardian.
3. For more than one family member attending, you will have the option to add another minor when you complete the form. Click “YES” at that screen. (If you miss this part for some reason, just come back to the original link on this page.)
4. Make sure you include your correct email address. After you complete waiver(s) you’ll receive PDF copies.
